Marriot International and Prestige Group have partnered to launch five new hotel projects which are due to be launched between year 2021 and 2025. Four of these five ventures are outlined to be part of mixed-use or integrated projects which will also include shopping malls and office spaces. With this venture, Prestige Groups is all set to lead the hospitality players in India.
Prestige Groups is also known for its adaptability and flexibility which is proved time over again in this pandemic time. The virtual launching of residential projects has been a major hit which has received overwhelming responses from happy customers both from India and overseas. Prestige Group virtually launched its newest residential launches in August 2020 - namely Prestige Ocean Crest (the company's very first property in Goa), Prestige Primrose Hills (Bangalore) and Prestige Waterford (Bangalore). Prestige Group has bagged several awards and recognitions on both national and international forums. The company has received Best Retail Project awards at 13 th Real Estate Awards 2018 -19 ceremony for Forum Vijaya Mall. The other recent awards include Food Service Awards 2020 by PepsiCo, Global Awards for Retail Excellence, Asia Pacific Hotel Awards, Cityscape Awards, Indian Realty Awards, Srishti Good Green Governance Awards, Pevonia Asia Spa Awards, Builder’s Association of India (BAI) and Confederation of Real Estate Developers – Associations of India (CREDAI) Awards among others.
