Metro Connectivity


The premise maintains excellent connectivity with its neighboring localities through various public and private modes of transport. BMTC and Metro rail connectivity are the major public modes of transportation in Bangalore.

The Banashankari Metro station also lies in close to the project. Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road is the preceding station towards Nagasandra. The section will have stations at Konanakunte Cross, Doddakallasandra, Thalaghattapura, Vhajrahalli and Silk Institution.

This is a 6.4 km extension line between Yelachenahalli and Silk Institute along the Kanakapura Road. The total length of this extension is close to 30 km. This Green Line is aligned north to south, connecting Nagasandra in north Bangalore to Silk Institution station in the south. A total of 30 stations serve along this stretch.

The Kanakapura Road Metro Station is equipped with Automated Fare Collection gates. This Metro section is fully compliant with National Common Mobility Card. They also accept standard mobility cards. This enables the commuters with faster commuting and also offers smart mobility options.

The Green Line Metro section is elevated on both the north and south sides. It has a 4.0 km underground passage in the middle. The Line passes through industrial areas like Peenya and Yeshwanthapur in the north. It also passes through business hubs of Majestic, Chikkapete, and K R Puram City Market. The Green line connects major residential catchments in the south too. The Line runs through neighborhoods of Basavanagudi, Jayanagar, and Banashankari, among others.

Airport Connectivity


The premise is located in 6th Stage Banashankari, Nagegowdanapalya, close to Kanakapura Main Road. Bangalore’s International Airport is known as Kempegowda International Airport and is located in Devanahalli of North Bangalore.

The Distance between Primrose Hills and Kempegowda International Airport is around 48 km via National Highway 44. The travel time ranges between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the traffic status.

The other option is to travel via NH 48 and NH 44 with a distance of around 58 km. The tentative travel time required is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

One can also consider Bellary Road to commute between Airport and Primrose Hills. The distance between the project premise and Bangalore Airport via Bellary Road is around 46 km. The approximate travel time is close to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

There are multiple commute options to traverse between these two destinations. BMTC, or the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation, provides public bus transport from Banashankari to Airport.
